Areas of Law
There have never been more cars on the road, and thanks to new technology, there have never been more people caught and prosecuted for road traffic offences.
But did you know that the police quite often don't get things right? Because of that, it is possible that it is against the law to prosecute you? Not only that, but many of the speed limits on the UK's roads may not be valid due to the Highways Authority not using correct signs. And all this modern technology may not always work, making the evidence almost useless!
With our team experts, we may be able to help you with any road traffic offence. We understand that your driving licence is important to you and we may be able to save it.
Legal Aid is available in some cases for those on low income and Income based Job Seekers Allownce, Income Support and Pension Credit. However, due to recent changes in the Legal Aid scheme, it will only be awarded in most serious cases.
